Frequently Asked Questions

Certificate Re-Prints:

For students needing a certificate reprint. Students MUST know the date of the course in which they attended and provide it via E-Mail. For a Digital Re-Print PDF Copy of a certificate the cost is $10.00 For a Re-Print certificate mailed out to students the fee is $15.00.

Payment For Courses:

Once a student enrolls into our courses, payment needs to be made within 24 hours.  If the student does not make the payment within 24 hours of enrolling, the student will be removed from the course roster.  

Rescheduling Courses:

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the course at no charge.

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours may require a $25 rescheduling fee and is subject to availability.

  • Students may reschedule only once without forfeiting their payment.

No Show to Courses:

No-Show Policy

  • Students who fail to attend their scheduled course forfeit all payments, with no refund or credit issued.

Bad Weather Re-Schedule:

Weather, Emergencies & PG FIREARMS TRAINING Cancellations

  • If PG FIREARMS TRAINING must cancel or postpone a course due to weather, emergencies, or safety issues, students may choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free transfer to the next available class.

  • Weather-related decisions will be communicated as early as possible.

Safety Policy

Safety Policy (Mandatory for All Students)

Safety is the foundation of all training conducted by PG FIREARMS TRAINING. For the protection of all students and instructors:

  • ANY major safety violation will result in immediate removal from the range and termination from the training course.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for removal due to safety-related issues.

  • Major safety violations include, but are not limited to:

    • Negligent or unsafe firearm handling

    • Muzzling another person

    • Finger on the trigger at improper times

    • Ignoring instructor commands

    • Any behavior that compromises the safety of participants or staff

Students are expected to follow all safety rules from the moment they arrive until the end of training.
