Colorado CHP Training for Commerce City Residents

Commerce City sits just northeast of Denver along the I-270 and I-76 corridors, and its residents have quick access to PG Firearms Training's professional Colorado CHP certification course. Our course is taught by Paul Grossman, a Police Sergeant and certified law enforcement firearms instructor who brings real-world professional experience into every class.

Adams County residents — including those in Commerce City — submit their CHP applications to the Adams County Sheriff's Office. We walk you through the entire application process in class, from the required documentation to what happens during the background check, so there are no surprises when you show up at the Sheriff's Office.

Commerce City students often work demanding schedules, and we respect that. Our 8-hour course is structured to cover everything required by Colorado law efficiently, without cutting corners on the range time that matters most for your safety and qualification.

Why Commerce City-Area Students Choose PG Firearms Training

Northeast Denver metro residents deserve the same quality of instruction available anywhere in the metro. PG Firearms Training brings active law enforcement credentials and small class sizes to every course — the same standards we hold regardless of where our students come from.

Paul Grossman's law enforcement background means you're learning use-of-force law from someone who applies it professionally. He explains why Colorado's legal standards are written the way they are, not just what they say — so you can make sound decisions in real situations.

We cover the Adams County CHP application process in detail, including common mistakes that cause processing delays. Commerce City students leave class with a clear, actionable path to their permit.
